Art and garden therapy for children, teens and adults who are struggling with their everyday challenges.

Specializing in anxiety, anger management, low self esteem, depression, social difficulties and family changes such as divorce or loss.

Art and garden therapy provides a creative atmosphere in which clients can express their feelings through their art and work with nature, without necessarily having to verbalize these feelings in words.
